App-wide preferences. These persist across sessions and apply to every feature.
API keys
External-service keys, stored on the Mac mini. Claude reasoning runs free on your Max plan via the orchestrator — no Anthropic key here. Everything non-Claude (the Recreation analyzer + the Skits Grok/ChatGPT/Gemini prompt-writers) goes through one OpenRouter key.
How the prompt writer works
Everything the Skits video prompt-writer is handed — the persona, the prompting rules, the model guide, and the Seedance 2.0 reference. The same bundle goes to whichever LLM (Claude / Grok / ChatGPT / Gemini) you pick per lane; the writer also looks at the start & end frames.
Models
Edit persona, IDs, Instagram handles, profile photo, and reference images used by the image-gen step.
Archive
Tools + models moved off the main nav (Scheduling, Pixel, SynthID, legacy Statistics, and the Tiffany/Lina/Kaya models) now live under the Archive tab. Still functional — just stashed to keep the top bar focused.
Hosting
Production target: Mac mini behind a Cloudflare tunnel with email → passcode auth. None of that is wired yet — local dev only for now.
